Rangi Changi Shipping Policies:
Please note: If your country is currently unavailable for us to ship to or has the “shipping to your country is blocked, but you may still order” status when you check out, this is probably due to International Service Suspensions. These suspensions are out of our (Rangi Changi Shop’s) control. They happen often, and change weekly, but we do our best to keep track of these suspensions.

Preorder Shipping Information:
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to check whether or not the item(s) you wish to purchase is a pre-order item only. By purchasing preorder products on our website, you acknowledge the fulfillment period outlined in the product description(s) of the item(s) you are purchasing. Any estimated shipping times are post-preorder period!
Preorder Definition & Manufacturing: Rangi Changi Shop’s definition of a preorder is as follows: ordering an item of merchandise before it is available, with the understanding that it will be shipped later.
By purchasing anything from our website during a 'Preorder' period, you are consenting to the knowledge that the product is not in stock and will not be shipped out until the estimated time imparted to you. You may check the website where we will post notices as the manufacturing process continues, and time estimates.
The general estimated time of fulfillment for Preorders is about 6-10 weeks, however, it’s not uncommon for manufacturers to miss dates of delivery or run into quality issues. Sometimes things arrive completely on time, often times there are delays, so please check back on our website often, if necessary, and know that we deeply value your patience and understanding.
Pre-order shipping: Once the preorder period has closed, we begin fulfilling orders as soon as we receive the product materials needed to create your ordered items. Rangi Changi Shop is currently operated from the owner’s home, and the owner is the only staff member working and creating the items, so please understand that these orders will take a bit of time, to ensure quality products. We understand you want your product as quickly as possible, but every small business has its limitations.
‘Made to Order’ Item Shipping Information:
IMPORTANT: Please make sure to check whether or not the item(s) you wish to purchase is a made to order item only, and not an item that is already in stock and complete upon purchase.
Production & Shipping:
Made to order items that are not pre-order items will typically take about 1-2 weeks to be processed and created, and should ship shortly after this time period. If we are experiencing any sort of delay for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible, and updated with a new estimated shipping date.
General Shipping Information:
Domestic orders: Once your preordered items are created and ready to ship (or your purchased an in-stock/ready-made/completed item, the average production and shipping time is closer to 5-7 days. You will receive an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information. Please keep track of the current information on our social media pages and website for updates on extended production or shipping times.
*No refunds will be given to packages returned to us due to insufficient addresses or incorrect names. PLEASE ensure your information is legal and correct at the time of shipment, as you will be responsible for any re-shipment fees.*
International orders: Once your preordered items or item materials arrive to us (or you purchased an in-stock/ready made item), the average production time is anywhere between 2-6 weeks. Shipping time is anywhere from 2 weeks to 4 months, depending on where you are in the world and what shipping option you choose at checkout. Actual delivery times will vary depending on your location, your items ordered, and your country's custom regulations. You’ll get an email from us immediately when your order ships, with tracking information. Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed upon delivery, and the customer is responsible for any Customs Fees required by your country upon the package's arrival. If your package has not updated for a few weeks since it's left the USA, check with your local postal provider in case the package is being held somewhere. Please keep track of the current information on our social media pages and website update pages for updates on extended production or shipping times.
*No refunds will be given to packages returned to us due to unpaid customer fees, and the customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees if they would like a second shipment attempt.*
Shipping fees are non-refundable: Please make sure all addresses, names, and product sizes/options are correct before placing your order! We will not refund shipping fees for insufficient shipping addresses on returned shipments. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returns are initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us. Exceptions are if a customer receives a damaged good and/or receives an incorrect order/item(s) from us, in which case it's our responsibility to get your package to you!
Domestic and International orders are currently only shipped via USPS and UPS, but we will be updating and adding new options very soon, so if the shipping option you want is not available, please hold tight and check back soon!
